Is this one pretty loud? I know it's not brushless but sound is an issue for me as my tank is in my room.

Does it restart after a power outage? My digital display one you have to manually hit start button again

I don't think I ever had this running when the power went out. That being said I never had to re-start it if we lost power (we lost at least twice while I had my 125g up). I was running a smaller cole palmer peristaltic pump for my calcium reactor and never had to restart that either when the power went out.
