I'm trying to increase my alkalinity back to 9 (dropped to 7.6, but hourly kalk additions are holding it steady). I've got 1 gallon of RODI mixed with 3 tsp of Seachem Reef Builders to get it to +9 dKH. I'm dripping at 12 drips a minute.

Based on that, I believe it will be ~4.5 days to dose. Is that correct?

3785 ml in gallon * 20 drops in ml => 75700 drops

75700 drops / 12 drops min => 6308 min / 60 min => 105 hours => 4.4 days

Is that correct? I want to make sure I increase the Alk very slowly.

To expand on the above comment, kalk holding alk steady at 7.6 dKH is not the same amount of kalk as needed to hold alk steady at 9 dKH because alk and calcium demand generally rises as alk rises (due to increased coral use and abiotic precipitation).

I cannot check the alk math since I don't know the tank volume, but 3 level teaspoons of dry Reef Builder will raise about 120 gallons of water from 7.6 to 9 dKH.
