Hey everyone i got some questions

Has math change?

first thing first, lets agree on a math norm- 2 DAYS = 2 DAYS right? 2 days MAY = 3 days depending on what time you place an order
right?

IF you pay for 2 day air like i did. (look at the tracking image below) on the 5th when would you exspect your package?

That sucks, but your package has been in transit for three business days. I’d try being more patient. Maybe they will credit you for shipping next time.
 
If it coming usps maybe by the end of the month. If it's ups or FedEx maybe the end of week. Shipping has been terrible post covid. My stuff gets bounced around so much it's almost comical. Its so I won't even think about purchasing livestock online any longer.

Problem is usually the freight carrier not the vendor.

EDIT : this package sat in Cleveland for four days moving through the system lol

update tho good news
my delveirey has been pushed back another day no not arriveing til the 11th. that 2nd day air shipping was well worth an extra 60 bucks. lol

To whom ever said be more patient. im not really sure you understood the OP. It was not about how I address this. If that was the case then i agree with you.

its about why do we not get What we pay for.

If you oder ribeye steak dinner with sides, salad and a bourbin fo 50-70 bucks, they give you a kids meal, with apple slices and milk that cost $10. and once you request to speak to a manager about this, in order to resolve the oversight promptly an politiely; then they fail to come to your table promptly. Are you telling me you would be fine with that? You would just sit there for hours? I dont not think you would. I beleive you would robustly get up and leave. I also dont think you would be shaking peoples hands thanking them for the service. when would your patients run out?

To the one who recommend calling . i have not called yet, i have email mulipte 2x now. no response. i dont want to call. i am pretty sure i would Flip out.

My ups 2day delivery went out last Monday. 2 boxes made it on time, 1 still not delivered..

I sympathize with you, I’m just wondering what you’re trying to get by making multiple posts about it on R2R? UPS isn’t on here, and none of us can help you. If you are trying to get something from BRS, then calling them is the fastest option.
 
thank you. i post on here to let everyone know that real world issues. for some reason everyone thinks some people are the BEES KNEES, Best of the best and can do no wrong.

when in fact every human on this planet errors from time to time. why we dont want those errors know is a mystery to me. No one can fix a problem if they are not aware of it.

so thats what i am after. I want to faciltate change by bring forth the issue. i do not think that is a horrible goal.

one person knocking on the door of a congress men/women goes no where, but bring the entire state population to that same door and watch how fast change happens

thank god i was not needing a replacement bulk head due to a blown bulk head. which i do beleive is the intent of the 2nd day air shipping

my issue has been made right so thanks. i will contiune to order from them, but i am done with the air shipping from anyone
 
It used to be that overnight was overnight. 2 day was 2 day. That was a long time ago. Now it's just an approximation. I think it's because of all the packages in transit these days. We've collectively gotten away from local shopping to the wonders of online shopping. More packages out there means more if a wait. Just a guess......
 
This is not a vendor issue so complaining here will do nothing. If the vendor didn't ship then yes. If they ship and the shipping company botches it what do you expect them to do?
From your last post I assume they refunded the fee which is nice even tho it's not their fault.
 
Looks like the issue is with UPS while in transit, they seemed to have misplaced your package and it got sent all over the place. June 7 @7:46 AM processed at La Vergne, TN but then somehow ended up in Earth City, Mo later that night. You paid for 2 day shipping and UPS messed up, sounds like someone should reimburse you since you didn't get the service you paid for.
 
Posting about it here is pointless. UPS does NOT care how long it takes to get your package. Sorry, but they don't. None of them do. Every single carrier got rid of their delivery guarantees during COVID and are not bringing them back.

Go contact UPS and complain to them. They are the ONLY company at fault here.
