Does anyone one have any experience with this fish being reef safe. I can't find too much about it. From what I've read, they do pretty well, and only have one choice coral in a tank that it nips at. I'm starting to get an abundance of aiptasia in my 300 gallon display. Ive wasted over $300 on Berghia, and have added around 70 peppermint shrimp. They eat all of the aiptasia in low flow areas, but not in the higher flow areas. I try and take them out chemically, but they come back. Also tried a Copperband, He kept them in check, but once he died they came back strong.

this is another one, I've seen it done, but I personally wouldn't.

everything that is in the "add w/ caution" category, might be better if you stay away from it.

With the aiptasia problem, try not feeding the peppermint shrimps for a few days, when they get hungry enough, they should go after them.

I have 1 of these guys in my sps tank. I started out with 3 but 2 of them loved zoas and lps corals. The 1 I have left is a perfect fish citizen.

Did they go after your corals first or aiptasia first? I have some really high end zoas I wouldn't want to lose, but I do have a 150 gallon prop tank with everything on reserve.

They went after the Zoas first. I did not have any aiptasia when I added them.
