So where do I start,...Well I've been reefing for about 5 years now off and on. I started out with a Used Bio-cube 29, that soon led to a Red Sea MAX 130D. I sold that tank and upgraded to a 75RR tank . I then down graded to a Red Sea Max 250. After plenty of issues with the RSM I decided I just don't like not having a sump. So I've sold most of my tanks to make room for yet another 75 gallon tank, but this time I'm building the tank of my dreams. The tank is currently cycling but i'll post some pictures shortly

This build thread will be a slow one but, I plan on doing everything right on this tank ( such as QTing fish, dipping coral, etc..)

Here is a list of my equipment:

Lighting
  • ATI 8 bulb dimmable T5's

Filtration
  • Ghost Overflow
  • Eshopps RS-75 3rd Gen
  • Reef Octopus 150 Space Saver ( rated for 120 gallons )
  • Speedwave 900gph return pump
  • BRS/GFO and Carbon reactor
Flow
  • 1x MP40
  • 1x MP10
MISC
80Lbs of BRS Reef Saver Rock
60Lbs of Reef Grade "live" Sand
