I've had an Elos 120xl on order since last October and just this past week it's arrived.
Hopefully over the next month I can get it up and running!

Haha I know the feeling, I've had my eyes on this tank for years but was never feasible with where I lived. When the missus and I moved into our own place I made the order almost immediately lol

That's one of my favourites I think, the detail captured surprised myself!
I really need to invest in a tripod, shooting handheld limits me a bit sometimes.

Towards the end of last year I picked up this frag that had broken off a colony and laying on the bottom of the tank, It was quite bleached looking but showed potential so asked to buy it. It only cost $5!

When it went in the tank:

It hasn't grown at all... but at least it's coloured up! Haha

Not much to update at the moment I guess, been pretty busy with my new tank over the past couple weeks.
I did however pick up an Echinata frag over the weekend while picking up rock
It's doing okay, has good polyp extension at night so it's happy for now.
The Mini is kinda full though and it's just placed at the front not looking right which bugs me lol
But everything will disappear into the 120 when it's ready.
If I have time tonight I'll try to upload some photos.

Last night I was trying to get a photo of my echinata but for whatever reason I just couldn't get a good pic.
Took one with my phone during lights out and it actually turned out better than any with the camera!

It's got a long way to go but I've seen improvement since I got it. The white skin is getting less brown!

Took a couple pics tonight while I did a quick water change.
The white balance is a bit off but it's the best I could do with just the in camera settings.
