I will be setting up the exact same tank this month, after I move my residence. I will be watching your progression! Can you post pics of your led layout and mounting in the canopy? I'm trying to figure out exactly what I will need for mine. Currently I have 2 120w full spectrum AJMREEF fixtures. I want to see how other people mount them in these Marineland canopies. Thanks! Looking great so far!

***Update Time***
i finally took my canopy off to look at my fixture that hasnt been working for a lil over a month. basically some water got sprayed up there and fried a connector connecting the driver and leds. heres a few pics of the connector.
all it took were 4 end cap and a lil twisting. and got this LIGHTS!!!!

Haha. I actually took a few pic with my wife's phone yesterday and just uploaded them to photobucket. I've learned the iPhone 3gs(one I have) sucks taking pics with the deep dimension and LEDs. So, it's time to buy a camera considering our daughter broke the one we had. I'll have some pics in a few hours.
I haven't seen my mandarin in a few weeks so I'm going to be calling it officially. With that I'm having a red slime outbreak need to hook up the tlf reactor with some gfo to get that cleared up. Had my skimmer run really wet for some reason and had it leak off the tube in to my sump. other than that nothing really as happened. we have closing on our house at the end of the month so i get to move the beast again which im not looking forward to.

my newest addition flame angel. a friend was selling her because shes going to a reef and she didnt want to chance him eating any coral every new piece he would pick at so she sold her for $25. ive always wanted one but at the lfs they are $65 or more. plus i have a new tank coming in about 2 months so we will see how he does. so far he behaving.

when i was accumulating him had him floating in the bag for 3 hours and my wife came over and looked and she said when hes upside down isnt he dead. so basically when and grabbed him and threw him in the tank which isnt very good. BUT here he is swimming around the tank.
