Max gyre 300s going haywire

I am running 2 Max gyre 300s with controller on a 150. Going about a year. We had the power shut off recently and for whatever reason the flow of the gyre's has completely switched sides. Before the corals blew mostly to the right, but now the blow mostly to the left. I tried resetting the Gyre controller, but no change. Also, one of the pumps does not seem to respond to lower flow rate. Anyone experienced this? Any ideas?
