Maxi Mini Anemone Tank

If you had a spare fluval evo and decided to stock it with a pair of clowns, a few maxi mini anemones, and a few sexy shrimp, what else would you put in the tank? I'm currently thinking softies like neon clove polyps, GSP, and pulsing xenia, maybe a purple firefish. Any other suggestions?

I wouldn't put gsp in an Evo. I wouldn't put anything that wanted too and could take over the rock work in months time.

You think it will choke out the Maxi Minis? I was going to use this tank for the GSP and Xenia just because I don't want to keep it in my 75 gallon.

keyna trees would give you height and texture they would also add a nice contrast that would help the mini to pop

You think it will choke out the Maxi Minis? I was going to use this tank for the GSP and Xenia just because I don't want to keep it in my 75 gallon.

Unsure if it could choke them out, But GSP could definitely irritate them with the polyps as well as growing around them not allowing them to lay out as they want to.

Working on getting the tank ready for the maxi minis. Removing the red stoplight cardinals, firefish, and midnight lightning ocellaris clown pair shortly and putting them into a different system, as I was using this tank as a temporary holding system for them while their tank sat fallow. So the tank will house a pair of wyoming white clowns and a colony of sexy shrimp. Any other fish/invert suggestions?

The tank as it's being deep cleaned, added being rescaped with new rock. Going to line the branch rock with the maxi mini nems, and putting the bubbletips on the boulder at the back wall of the tank, as this tank will be set up peninsula style.

I think this tank is going to have no coral, just a couple baby acid wash bubbletip anemones and the maxi minis.

Turned it into a mixed reef, then decided to completely redo it into an upside down jellyfish aquarium. After a couple months of that, I tore the system down as we are currently remodeling the house and have a baby on the way (only 3 weeks out currently), so cut back on systems while I figure out how much time I have to take care of tanks with the baby and working full time, plus the orchard and food garden.

Still have my 240 gallon FOWLR going (just about fully stocked now), my 100 gallon butterfly and wrasse FOWLR (which will eventually hopefully house some corals), a few holding tanks for various fish systems torn down during the remodeling, and my wife's fluval evo mixed reef, which has really grown in quite well!

Eventually I'll have it set up as an upside down jellyfish system with mangroves again, as that was definitely my favorite rendition of that system. It's hanging out empty in my garage waiting for the right time.
