I've had this maxi mini since about May, and while I fed mysis weekly the first month or so, when summer started I got away from the weekly feedings.
A little over three weeks ago I got a rock flower anemone, and with two hungry mouths to feed instead of one I got back on track with the mysis, ramping it up to twice weekly feedings. I also did a 30% water change Saturday, and a little more on Sunday(I was bagging up corals to sell.)
I know both of increased feeding and water changes have been known to induce splitting, so I was curious.
Saturday it was the nice fat oval shape it has been the last few months-
But today it seems skinnier and 'pinched' in roughly halfway up-
Is it just having an off day? Or is this the start of a natural split?
