I am running an eshopps pf-1200 with a COR-20 in a 150. I have a gate valve on one drain and a ball valve on the other. I have tried several configurations in the overflow including 1) using both standard standpipes, 2) a single standpipe, 3) no standpipes, and 4) currently two stockman standpipes. The problem I have is that I cant run my pump more than 25% without running the sump dry. If I try to increase flow into the sump and open up the valves more than 30%, then overflow makes way to much noise. (no matter what standpipe configuration I use) I added a third u tube to try to increase flow through the overflow, but then the utube flow rates seem to slow to dangerous levels. I am trying to figure out what the bottle neck is in these overflows but cant seem to get my head around it. Does anyone have any ideas on how to tune these overflows and increase the flow? I should be able to run my COR more that 25%.

I know this isn’t the exact replica but try this for the pipes that lead down so there’s no sound when you open the valves all the way.

Thanks. Not sure I can fit this into my PF1200, but it is interesting.
