Maxing Out Return Flow

Hi.

I have a RS Reefer 170 with a Various-2 return pump. It's rated at a max of 792 gph. I currently run it at level 4, which is probably close to what RS recommends. I think it was like 590 or something around there.

My question is is there any harm in going higher than the recommendation (level 5 on the pump)?
