Maxpsect Gyre and Hydros Wave engine control

If I get 2 Maxspect Gyres and the Hydros Wave engine can I get the cheaper version of the pumps without controllers or do I still need to buy one with the controller?

I am considering 2 350's on a 96X30X25" tank, the only other gyres I see that advertise more flow are the Jabao gyres. I am hoping one is powerful enough to run the entire 8ft of the tank when on alone, plus I hope to have varying combinations throughout the day.

No controllers needed. I run two off the wave engine. Two 250 at 80% in a 6 foot.

Also trigger it using my Apex.
