Maxpsect Gyre xf350 settings help

Hello everyone I need some major help
So I've got a red sea reefer 625 xxl
Its a fish only system. No corals

I've got two maxpect xf350 gyres
Placed horizontally on oppsite ends of the tank

I recently cleaned them as they were filthy lol. I've currently got it set on the Ogc cycle. But the flows too strong and keeps on blowing the sand everywhere. How could I fix this issue and what's the best setting for It.

Just like flow in the sea blows around sand - so will the Gyres - I would set them such that one side is off while the other is on
