Maxspect Gyre 2K already failed in under 30 days.

Recently bought 2 Maxspect Gyre 2Ks on October 29th. One is still fine but the other seems to have completely failed already. It will work if I manually “jumpstart” it by giving the blades a little flick, IF I keep it in a constant mode, but anything that turns it off such as the alternating gyre mode or even pausing it temporarily using the controller, it is unable to start itself back up automatically. Pretty ridiculous this already happened considering these are $200+ a piece.

Anybody else have this issue before or know what may have caused it?

That sounds disappointing for sure. I would contact the manufacturer. I bet they will help you.

I had gyres for a while several years back but they were too “whiny” for my living room. I know they are quieter now. I think the flow from those pumps is awesome!

Make sure the blades are pushed in tightly. Otherwise, this will happen.
