Maxspect gyre 300 cloud edition flow pattern

In a few days I will start my Red sea reefer 350. I have two gyre 300 circulation pumps, what is the best flow pattern to use. I see a lot of different options short peaks, long peaks and so on.

Totally your preference- because it also depends on hard or soft coral, etc etc
