Maxspect gyre 330 malfunction

Hi need some assistance....
I have 2 maxspect gyres 330 running through the wifi box so I can programme through my phone.
The issue I'm having that they wont run through the programmes properly. So say I put on pulsing st 30% anti sync 0.9sec then it will do one side at 30% every 4sec and the other one every 8sec. Any ideas what I can do to fix it

I meant if I put it on a 0.4sec pulse for both sides one side will do 4 sec the other side would be 8 sec not 0.4 sec like it should be
