Maxspect Gyre 330 or 350

Back in the hobby after a decade away. Upcoming build 6 foot 180 gallon tank 72x24x24. Should I use 2 330s or 2 350s and should I put them on the back or the sides. Tank will be a mixed reef with open arching aquascaping.

I’m waiting for my new 5’ tank (RSR 525 XL) to arrive and have 2 350s for it. They seem more suited to large tank than the smaller 330s which are < 50% the same turnover. The price difference is not huge and even if you end up running the 350S well < 100% they should have a longer life than 330s maxed out.

I’ll be mounting mine on the sides so I can use the wave mode but it really depends on your aquascape and where you want your flow. If I have dead spots that I don’t like I’ll probably use an MP10 or two on the back to cover them.
