I have been binge watching BRStv during the stay at home order, and have determined that a battery backup would be a responsible investment for my reef.
I have the gyres plugged into my apex Classic, but they are controlled by their own controller, not the interface module.
The question is, when I use feed mode or turn off the gyres to do a water change by switching the outlet to "off", will the battery backup kick on? Is there a workaround?
