Maxspect gyre app. How to change language

Somehow just holding my own caused the maxspect gyre app to change to Spanish. No idea how to change it back. Any ideas

Possible to delete and reinstall the app to fix the settings? Or you could try using Google Translate and get back to the settings on the app to change the language
