Maxspect gyre controller help

I just upgraded to a 265 gallon tank. My previous tank had 1 Maxspect gyre xf230 pump and controller. I need another pump to circulate the water.
I realize the 230 has been retired. But I was wondering if the xf230 controller can be used for any of the other 200 series or not.
