Maxspect gyre fx230we

I have 2 Maxspect Gyre 230's, one on each end of my 48x24x21 tank. I have tried multiple settings and just can't get them to do what I want. I'm wanting to get them set so my corals will sway back and forth. Any input would be appreciated.

I have watched that video many times. I just can't get that nice pulse setting right.
