Maxspect Gyre turning off

I have the Maxspect Gyre 230 w/advanced controller and extra pump. Everything had been running fine until recently. I noticed there was no flow in the tank and the controller display was off(no power). After checking the connections, especially the connection to the transformer(which doesn’t stay together without electrical tape).
Everything was good and the transformers light is on. I have to unplug from power source and plug back in and it turns back on.
This has happened three times in the last wee.
Any suggestions?

My power chord connect on mine isn't very good either As for having to un & plug in to power up? I don't know. How old are they? Any hope for warranty ?

I purchased them last march so I doubt it. I cant figure out why unplugging from the power and plugging it right back turns it on.

hopefully you have a year warranty...i would be contacting them for the simple fact you need to use electrical tape to hold the connections together!
