Maxspect Gyre XF130- What's your settings?

First, I got this yesterday and within minutes, I am in love with this. So much better than the bulky powerheads.
However, there's so many settings.. and speeds.. and time intervals.. I am so confused to what is best!

I know it depends on the livestock and corals. I have no corals at the moment.
Right now it's on alternating mode.. 70% forward 30% reverse (Followed the booklet suggestion)
It's on the opposite side of my overflow, sitting horizontally about 3 inches from the top.

What settings do you guys use? Which flow option do you prefer? I couldn't decide between pulse and alternating.

I run mine at 50% constant right now and looking at getting the ice cap controllers to slow them down at night

alternating 50% forward 30% reverse 2 minute cycle, and I run two in a 75gl tank (reefer 350), have them set opposite modes on each side.
