Maxspect Gyre XF330 Controller / Pump Malfunction

Hello, I just purchased these Maxspect XF330 2x Pumps with Controller.

I Installed them and had been running for around 1 week. I noticed yesterday the A pump was not functioning. The B pump was running. The controller indicated that both were working. I checked all the connections and everything was secure. I noticed there have been some faulty controllers and/or pumps. I have sent along the video and raised a ticket to CoralVue.

Not sure if someone has had the same issue where the controller indicates Pump A is working then drops off to "Off' suddenly?

 
Update: I had spoken this evening to Customer Service and just as an indicator for yourself, you are able to swap the power cable from A to B or visa versa and test the faulty pump and see if it activates. If it does I believe they will issue a new controller module. Otherwise it seems that the pump has failed. I hope this may help anyone finding themselves in a similar situation.
