Maxspect Gyre XF350 Issue

Hi all! I've recently noticed an issue with one of the pumps in my tank. It doesn't seem to be functional. I am running two on a dual controller with two power cords, and the problem pump won't turn on no matter how I've configured them. Is it common for these pumps to die? I've had mine about six months.

1 year warrenty if it's 6 months notify the manufactuer
