Maxspect gyre

Hello everyone I use a maxspect gyre xf230 for my 40 breeder. I was wonder why I cannot make the ogc mode go below 40% I try to set it to 10% and it stays at 40%?? Probably operator error? Also is this the best flow pattern or should I just bite the bullet and make my own settings?? What settings do you use If you have a similar set up??
