Maxspect Jump 6k - Dead after one month?

Anyone have issues with the Maxspect jump pumps? Mines been up and running for less than a month. Just on steady flow pumping from sump to DT. Came home from work today to a this gurgling sound and high pitch beeping (tunze ato). Went running right to the tank to find my pump dead. Can’t get any power to the controller at all. Multiple outlets, checked all connections. No luck. Hoping they make it right but definitely disappointed. Oh and of course it’s my only pump... got my gyre going for circulation but definitely need to get everything up and running ASAP. Think a couple days will be fine? Just a hawk fish and blenny in the tank with live rock and sand right now. What a end to an already lackluster Thursday!

Well I just submitted a ticket with Coralvue. Here’s hoping it’s a quick resolution!

That sucks, but I'm glad it kicked the bucket on you at the beginning when you had very little for it to hurt.

I don't have one of those pumps and can't say anything about it's quality, but anything can break. I keep a backup for anything important that might break. A backup return pump doesn't need to be fancy, you can get a basic ac pump on amazon for under $30, but it will be priceless next time your primary pump kicks the bucket.
