maxspect mazarra p series intensity?

Hi everyone I have a 120 gallon reef tank 4x2x2 it is lit with 4 of the p series module's I am trying to find out what other people are running for a max intensity on each of the 4 channel's and for how long on that intensity? Also how high above the water are you hanging them? I am running mine with the 100 degree optics about a foot above the water

I do and have a par meter. They aren't that intense. My tank is a bit deeper 30". I run mine at blues 90% and whites 60%. The lights are 6" off water. At top par is 350 and 150 at sb
