Maxspect mazzara parts... Help!

Hi folks,
Recently purchased a used mazzara p-series and I'm missing a t-joint cable.
Really struggle to get parts for these in the UK. Just wondering whether anybody oversea had a spare 1 or 2 of these lying around I could purchase and get shipped to UK?

Yeah tried them, but they want 35 dollars for shipping

Maybe a bit far fetched.... But what would someone charge me for them to get the part state side and send it across the pond?
