Will include both 90 & 120 degree optic lenses, hanging kit (unused) & mounting legs. Approximately 2 years old but looks and operates as brand new. Absolutely no issues.

Here are some dimensions over my tank that is 30 inches long x 18 inches wide & 24 inches deep.

I am currently using the 120 degree optics. IMO they give the best spread.
