Maxspect razor power up issue

I have a new maxspect razor 180about 5 months old. When the power goes off then back on, the unit always goes into manual mode instead of starting in automatic mode which is what the unit was on when the power is turned off. I would like to do moonlight, but I can't until this is resolved.
Any help you can provide would be greatly appreciated.

Make sure light are running auto mode and light clock working properly.if still problem presist call or email maxspect sale service they could helpand guide out you.
