Amazing light, beautiful and sleek fixture, great coloration, PAR, and spread. I just prefer the look of a canopy (one that I already built) on top, and enjoy tinkering with DIY too much. Asking what I paid, $400. I'm in the Hoover area. Comes with original box, book, and mounting equipment.

what size tank did you have it over? Also did you purchase it new?

I did not purchase it new, and I'm not sure how long the person before me had it... but the fixture hasn't been around that long, so the age didn't concern me when I bought it. I've had it about a month and it looks/works great over my 40br. It really is nice having one plug that controls a built in timer and both channels of lights, as well as eliminating the spaghetti of wiring that happens when I DIY. However, since I bought it, I've felt like a person that retired and suddenly has nothing to do. It only took two weeks before I started building a new setup from LEDs I had ordered, but had not gotten around to. It is also far easier to sell a professional fixture than the hundreds of dollars I have in DIY laying around
