Maxspect RSX Hot! Fan speed : Too high

Hi everyone,

We recently received 4 Maxspect RSX 200. Of the 4, 1 was shutdown after less than 12hour of use with the following message : "Hot! Fan speed : Too high".
The ramp was totally cold and fans seemed to work properly. I tried to reset the lamp to default settings, switch on/off, even change the transformer without success.

Any idea of something that could be done ?
