Maxspect xf330 controller dead

Hi reefers, my 4 month old maxspect xf 330 stop working. I suspect controller is dead. Power supply is fine, but controller doesn’t light up.
Is there maxspect sponsor rep in this forum? Please tag.
Also, what is the fastest way for replacement? I have few back up power heads working but need this unit up and running ASAP. Where to call for fastest turn around. I’m in New York and don’t mind run around to pick it up if they have distributor near by
