Maxspect XF350 Broken "grommet"

My Maxspect XF350 is only a few months old but it just seized up and I can't figure out why. I think maybe a small snail got into it and caused it to misshapen one of the internal "grommets" that holds the green side in place (see pics below). I took the pump completely apart and cleaned it but when it turns on it makes a ton of bubbles and the green side is vibrating like crazy. Is there a way to get a replacement part for this? I am going to reach out to Maxspect but I wanted to see if anyone is having this issue.

Thank you I emailed support, opened a ticket and they are shipping a replacement!
