2. Is there any adjustable for the flow? What is lowest to highest?

Thanks Jelly. I just set up my 45g cube and 750gph hydor powerhead would blow my sandbed to a sandstorm. Wanted to get 500gph or lower. Since this unit recommended from 20-100gph. I think I am gonna try this out.

You must have it placed poorly. I have a 1150gph koralia in my 32 biocube, sandbed isnt disturbed at all.
However, if you have the money, absolutely upgrade to the gyre.
