That would be May 26th, correct?

I doubt I will be able to make is as I suspect I'll be hosting a graduation party that day. I'll let you know one way or another when it gets closer. Would really love to see your setup!

I plan to smoke something, probably Buffalo Wings. We'll need drinks and cups, paper plates, plastic forks, chips and dip, and sides.

I love wings, especially smoked!!!! I may have to have my sons teachers flunk him so I don't have to worry about graduation parties. That way I can be sure to make it!

Also if anyone has a nitrate test kit and knows how to read it and trust it, I'd appreciate it if you'd come and test my water. I never could tell a whole lot of difference in the colors and I can't remember the last time I tried to test it. I think my test kit expired some time during the Eisenhower administration.
