May give this rock try. Any thoughts or anyone use it?

[priscilla_salty]

Hi all! I was searching for live rock awhile back and found a place called Bommie Reef that sells it in different quantities. I mentioned it in a different thread but it was older and no one really said anything.

Anyway, I am semi-new to the hobby and of course the bug bit me and I am gonna set up another tank which would be small (20 gallons) and thought I might give this rock a try.
What’s everyone think? Give it a shot?

Be curious to hear more about this vendor. For what it's worth, I used Tampa Bay and loved it.

Thank you so much! I saw Tampa Bay as well, I’ll have to look into them a bit more. I just saw this other place and read through the site and it seemed pretty good, so was curious if anyone had ever tried them out. I’m really starting to get my feet wet in the hobby and am already having so much fun with it!

Had a great experience, awesome people, things are as advertised on their site!

Awesome name!

“Well, that glove’s fulla Vaseline.”
“Vaseline? what the heck for?”
“Well, I will tell ya what – Curley says he’s keepin’ that hand soft for his wife.”

– John Steinbeck
...Why the glove and not the hand?

Admittedly, I haven’t yet. Still trying to learn a bit more before I pull the trigger. I am going to try out this place when I do though. From everything I’ve read this seems like the way to go. Open to any tips you are willing to share with me though as a bit of newbie to the hobby!
