May meeting

This month's meeting will be in Portland and hosted by Paul (roadrashpaul) The meeting is on SUNDAY MAY 25TH, at 3:00.

MEETING ADDRESS:

628 Fowler Ford Rd, Portland TN 37148

Parking and space for this meeting are good, although carpooling to save space is appreciated.

Kids are more than welcome at this months meeting.

Thanks Brandon. As he stated above, feel free to bring your children. I have a big playhouse and a bouncy house we can break out for them to play. I have a decent driveway to park in but if anyone could carpool that would be appreciated also. I also have the bar and fridge for anyone who wants a frosty adult beverage :bigsmile: I have some fold out chairs but I would suggest bringing one for yourself if you come just in case I don't have enough.

What do we want for food? I could fire up the smoker for some chickens or pork butt or whatever???

Also, one other thing. Do we want to have a project of some kind? I don't really have too much to frag at this point. Are there some new people who want to learn how to do something? I just always thought the meetings could benefit if we had something to learn/teach.

I agree, Since Mr. Buell says its a "meeting". How come there was not official meeting that took place then?? I think we have a confused president.

You need to speak with the previous BODs for the last 4 or 5 years. I believe it always has been the meeting for the month it is held.

I was part of a previous BOD 3yrs ago and we didn't consider it a "meeting". Yes its technically a meeting, its not a local club member meeting. Did you guys do meeting minutes at the swap?
