May Meeting?

I thought it might be a good idea to see who wants to host a may meeting. Summer is here and people are planning vacations, how about planning a may meeting. I believe there will be a good bit of frag swap discussion. First person to volunteer wins!! The prize you ask? Its the company of your fellow local reefers.

Rob and I talked about maybe having it at my house again. What do you think? I'll have just completely redone my tank and we can see how browned out everything is or if I've crashed by then!

Well, I asked off for May 19th a little early. So I was thinking 7pm on May 19th. Sorry about it having to be in the evening but I work all day on Saturdays. Alternatively, we could do it Sunday afternoon, May 20th.

I'm slightly to the south in cleveland, and would love to join the etrc. The only thing holding me back is the fact that I work EVERY weekend so couldn't make but 1-2 meetings a year (lets face it i save those for frag swaps). Is there anyone else with the same situation?

I work a rotating schedule so I occasionally go three weeks without a Saturday or Sunday off. Having a meeting on weekends only is a issue for me as well and I plan on addressing it at the next meeting.

I know personally Wednesdays would work phenomenally for me.
Maybe rotate a weekday one month weekend next 2 something along those lines?

I can have the meeting on Wednesday...but I already asked off for May 19th a bit early.

I work Monday through Saturday (almost 60h every week) so it's hard for me to take off for the meetings too...especially when they're during the day on Saturday. But I'm not sure how well-attended the weekday meetings would be. I'm up for trying it though.

Since the May meeting is the meeting before the swap, and we need to have as many people attend as possible, lets do the Saturday evening at your house.

A weekday evening in July would be good to try.

This will be the last club meeting before the swap. If you plan to help with the swap, it would be really great for you to attend this one. So, I guess I will be there too.
