Hey Mr marine.

I'm not the most knowledgeable but those look like spionid worms.
Can you see little tentacles coming out of the tubes?

Definitely not spinoid worms which are in a calcareous tube.
Pic is very blue to tell but are they moving? Could be detritus worms which indicates more siphoning maintenance needed or overfeeding which is feeding them.
If not moving may be merely diatoms.
