Maze angelfish found for $100 is this a mistake?

So I was down at my LFS and saw something that caught my eye..... a juvenile maze angelfish listed at $100 Australian. Its a beautiful specimen so I looked it up online and haven't been able to find it for less than $1000. Is this a steal ? Would you buy it ?

If it appears healthy, is eating, you have a QT tank and display that can properly house it, and you want a maze angel? Go for it. If not, don't.

(Do double-check that it's the species you're thinking of, though.)

I've been frantically researching and it seems that it is a maze angel, unfortunately my tank is not ready for fish as I only filled it yesterday. Fingers crossed it will still be there when it's ready

Dude....get it and put it in a quarantine tank. It should go into a qt tank anyway, and it should be an essentially bare tank...
