What's the best way to acclimate with a six-line wrasse?

I would suggest do it at lights out.

Not good they can be agressive maybe he will calm down with time.

The best way to acclimate any wrasse to a tank where a six line is already in residence is to catch the six line and give him to some one you don't like! :angel:

An acclimation box is a must, but even then, it likely won't matter in the longterm with the Sixline.
