I want it too! They are so beautiful and the possibility that my clownfish will host it makes me happy!

Green pocciloporra, gsp, xenia..all great looking..all dangerously "invasive". Especially the green pocci. Your tastes for coral in the future will advance to different corals. Just plan accordingly. As you will find..most tanks struggle and excel with certain types of corals. Some grow sticks and euphillia no problem but struggle with something like micromussa..it varies tank to tank. Anyways, just some advice on picking a path you want to work toward in coral selection and your path will be easier and less frustrating down the road! Reef on!

I still have green polyp colony and the fiji rock it came on that my mom bought me over 20 years ago ( i think its 25). I controlled the weed characteristic by keeping it on an island and nuke any offspring that accidentally floated to other areas.

I also have xenia from around that same period. Although my coral tastes have changed, about 25 years later, my noob corals still remain as an endearing part of my reefworld.

This is so true haha. I’m building a tank I. My home office and moved some old fish to the new tank along with some guys that have been in qt and I was so relieved this morning when everyone was swimming.

Xenia is my second biggest feeding PITA (next to captain jerk palys), luckily it’s also one of my favorite corals!
I do recommend isolating it, it’s nice in a small area and looks good all over the tank, but quickly smothers the other corals.
