Me new MP10wqd's maybe a disappointment

So i just bought this one 3 weeks ago and it keeps falling off of the glass. The thickness of my tank is .250" and the glass is clean and free of debri. I have my older version of the mp10w on the opposite side of the tank thats been in there for 2 years without any issues, ever. I've turned the wet side to make sure that its making a good magnetic connection with the dry side but tonight might be my last time. Has anyone had or heard of this, thanks.

Yes, I’d get an mp40 or something else to that goes in the water. Put it down in your sump and try to grow coral there.

Try removing the spacer? 1/4” is nothing for them to hold properly.

That's the first thing to look at - making sure you are following the instructions for use of the spacer. Also not unusual for the wetside to have come apart during shipping so make sure it is snapped together properly.
