I have been a reefer for a few years now and have decided that with a move it is time to start one of these threads. I just moved for medical school and with it came my reef which is close to three years old. In the move I decided to move up to a 90 gallon tank from a 75 gallon that I had going for about 2 years. That tank went through a lot of phases and had great success, often having to get rid of coral to make room due to good growth. Towards the end I had started to lean more towards SPS and mushroom corals while still keeping a fairly mixed reef. In May I had a crash that wiped out all of the SPS, half my fish and several LPS. The last few months things have recovered a bit and then with the move about a few days ago, I had a mini crash again. This time only a few LPS were lost. Since I am now in a new tank in a new location with a fairly fresh slate, it is time for a build thread.

The Equiptment:
90 gallon Deep Blue RR tank
New Eschopps R-200 Sump
Reef Octopus 110 skimmer
Jebao DC-6000 pump
Jebao Dosing pump- not yet setup due to lack of skeletal coral at the moment
Jecod Crossflow wave maker
RW-8 powerhead
x2 wifi china boxes
300watt heater
Homemade stand

Right now the only fish in there is my Hippo tang that I have had for sometime now. I also have an atlantic spotted hawkfish at a friends house who will be moving into this tank shortly.
A cucumber, three peppermints, and a few bristle stars are also in the tank

Current Corals include mostly softies such as leathers, star polyps, zoas, and mushrooms. Many of these are currently still in recovery mode while others are thriving, arent coral weird that way.
I also have several rock flower and maxi mini anemones as well as a RBTA that just split into three. I will be posting my progress with this tank as I progress and hopefully having a stable location for the next four years on my way to becoming a physician will greatly aid in that!

Here are some pics, and like I said be aware some coral are not currently in good shape, I know that. They are healing.... Also, very aware of the majanos, will take care of them soon

Also, here are a few shots in the old tank to see where this reef has been in the past.
