Media filtration/ media reaction help please

Hee everyone. I have a question...

I am a beginner (day 23 cycle) and at this moment i have a seperate return pomp for my uv and i'm looking to get 2x 7L pacificsun/aqua forest media reactors.

As you can see on the picture i can add these mediareactors at this free place and place them in the sump

I want to place them next to eachother and make the water go true both.

My question is what you suggest that i should do...

I have read that seachem matrix serves as a good house for bacteria so i though it mind be a good idea i fill up 1 of the media reactors with seachem matrix. Do u agree with this or what should i do?

Also says my LFS that i need to flush the seachem matrix once a year. Is this true?

And what should i do in the other media reactor?

The tank is 150g and im planning on dosing with Red sea Mg, Ca, Kh and Nopox

If u think a media reactor is not a good idea, what do u suggest i should buy instead

I run a 2.0L reactor with Nyos Zeo and a 1.0L reactor with carbon and GFO. 7L sounds like a lot...

Okee.. i did read that you can never have enough seachen matrix

You are right about the gfo and carbon you dont need that much from that right.

Yeah oke looks like nyos zeo is the same as seachen matrix
