I have a few reactors that are a simple pressure down flow design.
Water is pushed down through the media, so the media does fluidize and tumble.
So no GFO or anything that can harden.

Looking for suggestions on your favorite medias for this style reactor (phosban, chemipure, etc).

Pellet material would be best, including pellet GFO if you can find it, or the aluminum-based binders (not usually my preference) such as sold by Seachem (Phosguard) or Kent (Phosphate Sponge).

Thanks, Randy... that's what i thought. Pellet style.
Does this include carbon, too? Rox carbon from BRS seems like it may be too fine? Not sure.

Any recommendations, anyone?
