Is a biopellet/cardon reactor the same as just a media reactor. Is this what people use to DIY a Chaeto reactor? I see tons of reactors and Im not sure if they are all just the same thing but worded differently.

A biopellet reactor is usually made to tumble and provide a away for them to. Biopellets are a type of carbon.

A media reactor is usually for carbon, GFO or something similar.. The flow is usually made to flow through the media.
